We don’t have simple easy steps to follow, which is why I designed this recipe for life programme in the first place. I kept hearing the same excuses over and over again.
So often we look for the magic pill, the quick fix! The truth is long term they don’t work. Take responsibility for yourself. You are worth it. If you do not look after yourself the very best that you can do, who else will?
